All Arnette Eyewear is Warranted against defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Arnette Dealer. Arnette does not warrant any lenses against scratches. Alteration, misuse or abuse of any Arnette products will void its warranty. To make a warranty claim in the USA please call Arnette Customer Care at 1-877-680-0123 to receive a warranty claim number.
How to ship your Warranty Claim product to Arnette
Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a traceable shipping company such as UPS or FedEx. Please include the following information in your package:
Your name, return address and telephone number
Your warranty claim number (please also write this on the outside of the package)
Brief Description of the problem or service required
Proof of purchase, such as a dated sales receipt
Arnette is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
